CHILD CONTACT

Brighter Futures South West provides therapeutic supervised contact for children and parents especially where there is disputed child contact and proceedings may be in progress in the courts.

We are able to provide safe and meaningful contact, providing professionals with an assessment of the quality of contact as well as bespoke intervention plans to enhance the child-parent relationship, improve safety and attachment, help the parent both prioritise and meet their child’s needs in the moment and become more attuned and synchronous in their relationship. Ultimately we encourage fun, a sense of feeling safe and special, enjoyment and nurture through relationship and interaction.

We also encourage separated parents to develop a parenting plan and agreement so that both parents are working collaboratively together to parent their children as separated parents.

We provide reports for professionals and we attend court proceedings where requested.
